Managing Director and Head Climber

Matt has worked in the arboriculture industry for over 18 years and launched MJC TreeSurgeons in 2002. The business became a Limited Company in 2003.

Qualifications

• Royal Forestry Society Certificate in Arboriculture
• NVQ Level 2 in Forestry
• City & Guilds NPTC Chainsaw Units:
  • CS30 Maintain the chainsaw
  • CS31 Fell small trees
  • CS32 Fell medium size trees
  • CS33 Fell large trees
  • CS34 Clear individual windblown trees
  • CS35 Clear mulitiple windblown trees

  • CS37 Breakdown medium size broad-leaved trees
